• Refund Eligibility: This booking amount is only refundable if you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, or in the event of a documented, serious medical emergency.
• Dedicated Time Slots: Otherwise, this fee is strictly non-refundable. Your booking blocks a specific time slot on our calendar, representing a mutual personal commitment.
• Exclusivity Policy: Because your booked session time is completely dedicated to you, we cannot allocate that hour to any other client.
